I was 199 pounds when I recorded this, and them pounds keep melting away. I learned to Choose Accordingly, and now I’m Eating 2 Live—because living to eat was killing me.

With Friends Eat to Live, choices matter—even in the sauce! Whether you choose tri-color pasta or regular pasta, you can use the same delicious sauce.
For this meal, we made our creamy sauce with puréed chickpeas and broth instead of heavy cream. A little grated Parmesan cheese helped thicken it and bring that flavor together. Same craving, a different choice!
